Baked Radish Fries

These radish fries, which are rich in antioxidants and minerals, are the perfect healthy snack you can enjoy anytime of the day or year! They taste so good with the salt and thyme seasoning, yet you can still taste the beautiful radish flavor. Feel good about your snacking and try out these superfood chips!   • 1 large daikon radish  
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, softened 
  • ½ teaspoon salt 
  • 1 teaspoon thyme


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut the radish into fries, about ½ inch thick and 3 inches long 
  2. Soak the fries in water for about 20-30 minutes, drain, and pat dry. Place them into a large bowl with coconut oil, salt, and ½ teaspoon thyme, toss until fries are coated
  3. Place the fries on a large baking sheet, and bake for 50 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are dark and crispy 
  4. Sprinkle with the rest of the thyme
