Watermelon Pizza

A pizza can’t get more refreshing than this! This vibrantly beautiful and naturally sweet watermelon pizza is the perfect afternoon snack and is so fun to make and eat. Whether you’re in the park, at the pool, or in your kitchen, there is no better summertime snack than fresh fruit mixed with a creamy base.


  • 1 watermelon 
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt 
  • ½ cup strawberries, sliced in half 
  • ½ cup raspberries 
  • ½ cup cherries 
  • ½ cup blueberries 
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds 
  • ¼ cup walnuts 
  • Date syrup


  1. Cut of a slice of watermelon right down the middle, about 2-3 inches thick
  2. Spread an even layer of yogurt around the watermelon, leaving the “crust” bare 
  3. Layer your fresh fruit on top 
  4. Sprinkle with walnuts, and drizzle with date syrup
