- ½ cup toasted rolled oats
- 1 ¼ roasted red pepper
- ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ cup toasted almonds
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 ½ tablespoon red wine vinegar
- ⅛ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1-5 tablespoon water, depending on how thick you want the sauce
