Roasted Brussels Sprouts (Vegan | Gluten-Free)

These super tasty brussels sprouts will even convince your children they love vegetables.   • 2 pounds brussels sprouts 
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
  • 1 tablespoon date syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line or grease a baking sheet
  2. Slice the stamps of the brussels sprouts and slice them in half lengthwise 
  3. In a large bowl which will be able to hold all your brussels sprouts, whisk together the rest of the ingredients, then add in your brussels sprouts and mix to fully coat them
  4. Add the coated brussels to the baking pan, turning them all face down and bake for 20-25 minutes
