This salad is packed with fresh veggies and antioxidant packed quinoa, bringing you all the nutrients you need in a super delicious way.   • ½ cup uncooked quinoa
  • ¼ cup corn 
  • ¼ cup chopped carrots 
  • 12 cherry tomatoes 
  • 12 black olives
  • 1 avocado 
  • Olive oil


  1. Cook the quinoa and let cool for a couple minutes
  2. Place quinoa and all other ingredients in a bowl, add olive oil to taste!
