Vegan Plantain Chips

If you’re a snacker, these plantain chips are the perfect way to keep up your habits in a healthy way. They are so simple to make and even easier to enjoy. Plantains are filled with vitamin C which has antioxidants to help boost your immune system. Snack, but make it healthy!


  • 1 plantain
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper 


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Peel and slice the plantain and toss them with oil in a mixing bowl
  2. Place slices on a lined baking tray and bake for 25 min on one side, then 5-10 min on the other side
  3. Add salt and pepper and stir till well combined
