No-Bake "Bliss Cookies"

These No-Bake bliss bites are one of the best treats you can make. With all natural and vegan ingredients, these refined sugar-free cookies are not only so delicious, they’re healthy too. The oats give them a crunch, while the cacao and almond butter give it a creamy contrast. With no baking necessary, these cookies are a breeze! 


  • 6 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ¼ cup & 2 tablespoons almond butter 
  • ¼ cup & 1 tablespoon date syrup 
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 1 pinch salt 
  • 1 cup rolled oats 


  1. Place 9 cupcake liners into a muffin tin. In a small saucepan, melt 5 tablespoons coconut oil over low heat 
  2. Mix in 2 tablespoons almond butter, ¼ cup date syrup, ¼ cup cacao powder, and 1 pinch salt, once fully combined remove from heat and stir in 1 cup rolled oats 
  3. Spoon into cupcake liners and refrigerate. For the almond butter topping: In a small saucepan, stir together ¼ cup peanut butter, 1 tablespoon date syrup, and 1 tablespoon coconut oil over low heat
  4. Spoon the warm peanut butter mixture over the chocolate oat mixture and freeze for 15-20 minutes; store refrigerated
