No-Bake Almond Butter Bites

No-Bake 3-Ingredient Almond Butter Bites

These super simple, yet absolutely delicious 3-ingredient Almond Butter Bites are a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth without all the sugar! With these organic and natural ingredients, your mouth and body will be thanking you. 


  • 1 C creamy almond butter
  • 1 C almond meal*
  • 1/3 C date syrup*

*Can sub almond meal for coconut flour or other gluten-free flour; can sub date syrup for maple syrup or honey


  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.  Take a taste!  If you want it to be sweeter, add more date syrup / sweetener of your choice
  • Put in freezer for 20-30 minutes to firm up
  • Remove from freezer and roll into balls.  Store in freezer until you are ready to eat, as they will soften up out of the freezer.  When ready to serve, drizzle with almond butter (optional).
