Ingredients
- 1 large bunch of kale
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Coarse salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F and line two baking sheets
- Remove stems from kale, wash thoroughly, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Put kale into a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil
- Add chili powder, cumin, and paprika & massage it into kale (coating all pieces evenly). Spread kale pieces in a single layer on baking sheet and season generously with salt and chili pepper
- Bake for 15 min, rotate pans, and bake for another 10 min until crispy
