Baked Kale Chips

Kale Chip Recipe

These kale chips are a must-try for snack lovers! With a blend of spices, you are creating a superfood snack that tastes so good. Kale is one of the best things you can eat, with fiber, antioxidants, calcium, vitamin C, and so much more- you are doing your body and you taste buds a huge favor!


  • 1 large bunch of kale
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil 
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin 
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes 
  • Coarse salt 


  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F and line two baking sheets
  2. Remove stems from kale, wash thoroughly, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Put kale into a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil 
  3. Add chili powder, cumin, and paprika & massage it into kale (coating all pieces evenly). Spread kale pieces in a single layer on baking sheet and season generously with salt and chili pepper 
  4. Bake for 15 min, rotate pans, and bake for another 10 min until crispy
