- In a high-speed blender, blend together the hot water, cashews, and date for 30-35 seconds.
- Strain the "milk" through a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer. Transfer the milk to a small sauce pan, and place over medium heat.
- While the milk is heating on the stove, add the cacao powder and cinnamon.
- Serve with whipped cream (for a dairy-free version, try our coconut whipped cream!), cacao nibs, and cinnamon on top!
