Hempseed milk is a great non-dairy milk alternative and an amazing source of plant protein. It has a nutty, earthy flavor - more earthy than the almond milk or cashew milk. You can drink this on its own if you like the earthy flavor - otherwise it's a great option in smoothies, on top of granola, etc!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Hemp Hearts
- 4-5 Dates (pitted)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 3 C water
Directions
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
