Ingredients
- 2 cups almond meal
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- Date syrup (for drizzling)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and let sit for ~5 minutes
- Pour batter onto frying pan/griddle over medium to high heat. Flip when top is bubbling, and remove when both sides are golden brown.
- Drizzle with date syrup
