Back to school, back on the go, and summertime snacking all call for a good old fashion ants on a log. This simple, delicious snack is perfect snack from a picnic to the school yard. Loaded with soft and creamy almond butter and the crunch of crispy celery this snack is refreshing and protein-packed! We are so grateful for our friend Christine Rose for this recipe inspo. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp date syrup
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1/4 cup Rasins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut celery into bite sized pieces
  2. Stuff with almond butter
  3. Drizzle with date syrup
  4. Top with halved hazelnuts & raisins
