These marinated garlic and balsamic mushrooms are an absolute killer appetizer or side dish that will blow away your friends and family. Not only is this recipe super simple to make, it also doesn’t require too many ingredients you wouldn’t already carry in your house.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds mushrooms (we love cremini mushrooms!)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ¾ tablespoons garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon thyme, chopped (or ¼ teaspoon dried thyme)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Toss the mushrooms with all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl
- Arrange the marinated mushrooms on a pre-lined baking pan and cook for 20 minutes or till tender, mixing halfway through
