6-Ingredient Berry Crumble

This Berry Crumble is easier and faster than making sourdough - we promise. 6 simple ingredients coming together for mouth-watering flavor!


  • Berry Filling
    • 4 C Berries 
    • 1.5 Tbsp Date Syrup*
    • 1 Tbsp Cashew Flour*
  • Crumble
    • 1 ½ C Cashew flour*
    • ¾ C Walnuts (chopped)
    • ¾ C Coconut Sugar
    • 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
    • 1 ½ Tbsp Date Syrup* 

*can sub almond flour for cashew flour, and maple syrup for date syrup 


  1. Preheat over to 350
  2. Mix all the berry filling ingredients together in a bowl, then pour mixture into a pie dish or similar sized oven-proof dish (this is the base layer!)
  3. Mix all the crumble ingredients together in a bowl, then spread evenly over the berry layer
  4. Bake for ~40 minutes, until crisp is golden brown and berry layer is bubbling

Optional: after cooled, topped with Coconut Whipped Cream
