3-Ingredient Walnut Milk

Homemade nut milk tastes incredible, and walnut nut milk, in particular, comes with a long list of healthy benefits. With just 3 ingredients, this superfood drink is a breeze to make!



  1. Soak walnuts for 1-2 hours in warm water (this helps release some of the bitterness from the walnuts!)
  2. Strain the walnuts
  3. Add strained walnuts, 3 C fresh water, and dates to blender.  Blend on high until smooth.  We use 1 date, but if you like your milk a little sweeter, add more to taste!
