Almond Butter Stuffed Dates (Vegan | Gluten Free)

  • 12 dates (in compostable packaging for zero waste)
  • 8 oz vegan chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • creamy unsalted almond butter 
  • sea salt to sprinkle on top


1. First open each date and remove the pit. Keeping the date open, stuff each date with creamy almond butter. We recommend using a knife or small spoon.

2. Next melt the coconut oil and vegan chocolate until liquid consistency.

3. Dip each date into the chocolate and place on baking sheet with parchment.

4. Sprinkle flaky sea salt and freeze for at least 1 hour.
