While oats are naturally gluten-free from the farm, they are almost always processed on manufacturing lines shared with gluten, resulting in traces of gluten in most oats you find in stores. We carefully curated our oats from a farm that has a dedicated gluten-free facility to ensure our oats are truly gluten-free - just as they are naturally meant to be.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Bring 1 cup of water or milk and 1/8 tsp of salt to a boil. Bring heat to medium/low and add 1/2 cup of rolled oats. Stir and let cook for 3-5 minutes.
