Recipe: Pumpkin Spice Bites
Forget lattes, these Pumpkin Spice Bites are the ideal Fall treat! With just three ingredients, they are a great reminder that seasonal desserts can be just as tasty without loads of added sugar. With minimal prep time, these bites are a no a brainer and a great addition to any Autumn event.
- 2 cups (200 grams) of cashews
- 10 large (200 grams) pitted Medjool dates
- 2.5 teaspoons Pumpkin Spice seasoning
Cover dates in water for 1-2 hours to soften (if longer than 1 hour, put in fridge).
Chop up cashews in a food processor and set them aside.
Remove dates from the water. Chop up dates in food processor.
Once dates are ground, add the pumpkin spice and cashews. Mix ingredients until fully blended together.
Roll into balls and enjoy with friends!
