2-Ingredient Pecan Pie Bars (vegan, gluten-free)
These 2-Ingredient pecan pie bars are a delicious fall snack. We love them because you can wrap them in reusable packaging and bring them to-go as a healthy snack!
1. Chop pecans in food processor until finely ground.
2. Add dates and blend until dough is formed.
3. Line bread pan with parchment, and press dough evenly into pan until flat.
4. Put in fridge to firm up, for 1-2 hours.
5. Cut into bars.
