No-Bake 3-Ingredient Almond Butter Bites

All you need for these delicious no-bake bites are 3 ingredients, a bowl, and something to stir with.  Warning: these are addicting!  


*Can sub almond meal for coconut flour or other gluten-free flour; can sub date syrup for maple syrup or honey


  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.  Take a taste!  If you want it to be sweeter, add more date syrup / sweetener of your choice
  • Put in freezer for 20-30 minutes to firm up
  • Remove from freezer and roll into balls.  Store in freezer until you are ready to eat, as they will soften up out of the freezer.  When ready to serve, drizzle with almond butter (optional).
