Chickpea Cookie Dough

A cookie dough you can feel good about eating? Yes please!  Just 7 ingredients and 1 easy step, our favorite kind of recipe!


*sub for honey or maple syrup

*grind chia seeds in coffee / spice grinder, or sub for flaxseed meal


Mix everything but cacao nibs in a food processor until smooth.  Remove from food processor and stir in cacao nibs.  Serve chilled.
