Almond Butter Cookies (Vegan, Gluten-Free)

Almond Butter Cookies

The best chewy and delicious cookies that will be ready to eat in under half an hour. Vegan, gluten-free, and extra delicious. With our real and natural ingredients, they are something you will want to throw together every time your body is craving something sweet.



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line cookie sheet 
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond butter and coconut sugar till creamy 
  3. Add in almond milk and vanilla extract and combine
  4. Mix in almond flour, baking soda, salt (dough should be tough to stir)
  5. Scoop out roughly 1 ½ tablespoons of dough and roll into balls about 1 ¼ inches thick; separate balls about 2 ½ inches apart on the baking sheet 
  6. Flatten the dough in a crisscross pattern using a fork 
  7. Sprinkle with salt and bake for 10-13 minutes (yields 20-24 cookies)
