Simple Vegan Eggnog

Everyone loves a good holiday eggnog and now you can make it vegan. With healthier alternative ingredients, you can make this deliciously spiced treat in just a few steps. A treat that will WOW your friends and family on the cold and cozy days. Everything tastes better homemade and with some vegan love!

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups oat milk 
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed coconut milk 
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar 
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg 
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon 

Instructions 

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a large pot until all clumps are gone 
  2. Turn heat to medium-high and heat until right before it boils, then reduce heat to low and whisk for another 3-4 minutes 
  3. Remove eggnog from heat and cool for 5 minutes 
  4. Pour into an airtight glass and store until the mixture has fully cooled down
