Red Kidney Bean Dip (Vegan | Gluten-Free)

With one main ingredient, and tons of tasty spices, this red kidney bean dip has a delicious savory and earthy flavor. You can use this as a simple dip, or add it to your sandwiches or tacos. It’s a super simple, yet unforgettable recipe.

Ingredients 

  • 435 gram can of red kidney beans 
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil 
  • Salt and black pepper to taste 
  • Fresh parsley to garnish 

Instructions 

  1. Drain kidney beans and rinse well 
  2. Add all ingredients, except parsley, to a blender or food processor and blend until it’s a smooth consistency 
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley and a drizzle of olive oil
