Back to school, back on the go, and summertime snacking all call for a good old fashion ants on a log. This simple, delicious snack is perfect snack from a picnic to the school yard. Loaded with soft and creamy almond butter and the crunch of crispy celery this snack is refreshing and protein-packed! We are so grateful for our friend Christine Rose for this recipe inspo. - 1/2 cup Almond butter
- 2 tbsp Date syrup
- 1/2 cup Hazelnuts
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1/4 cup Rasins (optional)
- Cut celery into bite sized pieces
- Stuff with almond butter
- Drizzle with date syrup
- Top with halved hazelnuts & raisins
