3-Step Homemade Ketchup

Take your dip game to new levels with homemade ketchup! With just 9 ingredients, this ketchup recipe is sugar free and whole30 approved.


  • 1/2 cup chopped pitted dates
  • 1 6 oz can tomato paste 
  • 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes 
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  1. Add all ingredients to a small sauce pan
  2. Cook on medium for 20 minutes 
  3. Put in blender and puree until smooth (if you're blender doesn't have a slot on the top for steam to come out, let cool before you do this)
