Chili and Rosemary Roasted Nuts

This party starter snack is something you’ll want around every time you invite your friends and family over. It is so easy to make and supplies you with a nutritious and clean snack. The chili, rosemary and lime ingredients combine together to burst with flavor in every crunch! Try and create for yourself! Recipe inspired by The Real Food Dietitians with slight modifications. 


  • 18 oz nut mix 
  • 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin 
  • Juice of ½ lime 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary 


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  2. Pour nut mix onto a lined baking sheets
  3. Combine all other ingredients into a small bowl and pour over nuts 
  4. Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes
