- 3/4 C dried chickpeas - cook dried chickpeas (or 1 can of chickpeas)
- 1/2 C Almond Butter
- 4 Tbsp Date Syrup*
- 1 Tbsp Ground Chia Seeds**
- 3/4 Tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 C Cacao Nibs
*grind chia seeds in coffee / spice grinder, or sub for flaxseed meal
Mix everything but cacao nibs in a food processor until smooth. Remove from food processor and stir in cacao nibs. Serve chilled.
