We love chia seeds - they are a packed with good nutrients and are a great source of plant-based protein. Chia pudding is so easy to make (3-ingredients and 1-step), fun to eat, and the perfect breakfast or snack!
- 1 C nut milk (we make our own with 1 C cashews and 3 C water)
- 1/4 C chia seeds
- 2 tsp date syrup*
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
- (To make chocolate chia pudding) 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
*can substitute maple syrup or honey
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Once combined, put in an airtight jar (we use a mason jar) and keep in fridge overnight. It will be ready to eat in the morning!
