This 6-ingredient, 1-step cashew cheese recipe is so easy and so delicious. It can be used as a dip or as a sauce.
- 1.5 C cashews*
- 1/2 C nutritional yeast
- 1/2 C water
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
*If you don't have a high-speed blender (like a Vitamix or Blendtech), soak cashews for 2 hours in advance to soften.
