- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful of kale
- 1 cup plant milk (almond, walnut, hemp, cashew)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp hemp hearts (can be blended in or added on top)
- 1 Medjool date
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
- Start on medium and use stirring stick or spoon to mix together.
- Continue to blend and gradually increase speed until mixing smoothly.
- Scoop into a bowl and add chia seeds, goji berries, cacao nibs, cashews and banana on top.
