These 2-step creamy popsicles are so delicious and creamy, and perfect for the summer heat! With all healthy ingredients, you are able to eat these treats all day long. - ½ of a ripe avocado
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
- 1 can (400mL) full fat canned coconut milk
- ½ tablespoon date syrup
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 4-6 hours
