- 1 ½ cups almond meal
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup date syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet
- Whisk together almond meal and salt in a medium bowl
- Add date syrup until combined (moist yet rumbly)
- Scoop a slightly rounded tablespoon of dough per cookie and place on cookie sheet about 2 ½ inches apart
