This chocolate bar recipe is SO easy - mix, roll, freeze, and eat! And more importantly, so chocolatey, fudgey, and delicious.
- 1/2 C Cacao Powder
- 3 Tbsp Date Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- Optional: Add cashew pieces or chopped walnuts for some nutty chunks!
Mix all ingredients a bowl until thoroughly combined. It will be nice and fudgy (give it a try - you can eat it just like this if you want!). Put the fudge mix in between a folded piece of parchment paper and roll it out with a rolling pin into a bar form, rolling it to the thickness of your choice. Put parchment in freezer for ~30 minutes. The parchment will easily peel off once the bar has been chilled.
Store in freezer until ready to serve; sprinkle with cacao powder when serving.
