These tahini cookies are simple to make, and just the right amount of sweet. You just need 4-ingredients and one bowl to make them!
- 1.5 C cashew flour*
- .5 C tahini
- .25 C date syrup*
- 1 tsp baking powder
*can substitute with other nut-flour or sticky syrup
Preheat over to 350. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Roll dough into small balls and place on lined baking tray. Use fork to press down on cookies to flatten (this will give it the lines on top). Bake for ~8 minutes.
