Digestion Issues? Skin Problems? Drink This Magical Morning Tonic
While at a book reading for Eat Here Now, we met the wonderful author, Britta Green, who introduced us to this fabulous morning tonic. She claims it helps hydrate your body, regulate elimination, build gut flora and increase weight loss.
After drinking this every morning for a month now, we can attest to those benefits. Added bonus: This really cleared up our skin!
The recipe is super simple:
1 quart warm water
1-2 fresh squeezed lemons
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Drink the whole thing upon rising, before eating or drinking anything else.
